an opportunity for the more than 100 scheduled agents,
casting directors, producers, A&R reps, managers,
choreographers and other industry professionals
to meet with you one-on-one after scouting you throughout
the event and discuss possible representation and/or
future opportunities. You will pick-up your callback
letter on Monday at a designated location. Your
letter will list the industry professionals interested
in meeting with you and what section they are located.
If there are no specific callbacks listed, you will
be invited to meet with our industry advice panel.
Following callbacks, all talent will be able to
drop off marketing materials in all of the labeled
industry professional boxes at the general open
call session, whether you received callbacks or
not. Some of the industry professionals have requested
to participate in the open call session, but most
will be only interested in meeting with their specific
callbacks and ask that you simply drop off your
information.Fashion Passion staff will be on hand
to answer any questions and to direct you to your
callbacks. Be prepared to have copies of your marketing
materials with you for callbacks. Professional dress
for callbacks is suggested.
Please reserve callbacks and the
open call session as the best time to converse with
agencies and industry professionals. We ask that
you do not approach them while they are judging.
If your departure flight time is prior to 3 p.m.,
you may view the callback list posted on www.Winterbottem.com
approximately one week after the event. It is up
to you to manage your time while meeting with your
callbacks and we cannot guarantee you will have
time to meet all of them at the hotel.
